How use continuous slider inside the script

hi friend's I working on image processing and have a little problem with using slider.I wana have a slider from 0 to 255 for thresholding binary image and see the output then set it.I know for callback need to use function but also it's not possible in center of script.so do you have any idea??? tnx

mohamadreza - see http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/153278-discretizing-matlab-slider-gui which discusses how you can discretize a slider. Else you may need to post some of your code to show what you are attempting.
