Hello! Can anybody help me with implemntation of kittler illingworth thresholding algorithm? I will pay for it if is necessary! Answers is not here for people to advertise for help, even for pay. We don't write your code for you. You need to do that yourself. Feel free to try placing your ad somewhere else. I'll bet that it is off-topic on stackexchange too though.
