How to cluster the data?

Hello,
I have a data that looks like below and I want to cluster them. What would be the best algorithm to apply for clustering such data.

Is this just 1-D binary data? So for each index, it's either a 1 (red) or 0 (not-red/white/blank)? Please attach your data either as a text or mat file. How many clusters would you like to see in that data? (Have you seen dendrograms?)
Have you tried the Classification Learner on the Apps tab?
