How can I draw several ROI's using imfreehand?

I need to draw several ROI's using for example "imfreehand". I would like that the user draw as many ROI's as he/she wants, and when done, press the mouse right button and end the selection. Also, The user should be able to delete any ROI that he/she may think it is wrong.
Can anyone, tell me how can I implement it?
