i want load data from workspace
i think that
set(handles.e_hole_1_min,'string','gui_H_size')
but do not working...

Try using num2str to convert the number to a string:
set(handles.e_hole_1_min, 'String', num2str(gui_H_size));
or with recent versions:
handles.e_hole_1_min.String = num2str(gui_H_size);
If that doesn't work, actually even if it does, read this.
