SPM 12 doesn't see folder even when the path is set

I have installed SPM 12 to run fMRI analysis. I also downloaded Volumes Toolbox and copied it to C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2014b\spm12 and set the path with all subfolders. However, when I try to run it from the batch window, I don't see it appearing there (it should be found in batch window -> SPM -> Tools -> Volume handling utilities...). The toolbox is compatible with SPM 12.
What might be the problem here?
