how to get randn function

i want randn function(open randn)
but can not get that
only see footnote(%)
how to get function?

To that I would add another possibility: you can get a job at Mathworks (perhaps as an intern) and then you would have access to the source.

Some built-in functions are not .m scripts but are of some other format which cannot be edited. Evidently randn is one of those.
