i have a binary matrix (let's assume 5x7), which I have converted into a block diagonalized form using dmperm function, now how to find out in which cluster do the elements fall?

 [p,q] = dmperm(H);
H(p,q). 
The result is as follows:
ans =
     0     1     1     1     0     0     0
     0     1     1     0     0     1     0
     0     1     1     1     1     1     0
     0     0     0     1     1     0     0
     0     1     1     1     0     1     1
     0     0     0     0     0     1     1
Now, my problem is how to find out in which cluster which elements are falling?
