Hi I have an image i want to convert that image into many 2x3 matrix blocks and keep the 1st and 4th element of each blocks as it is keep the other elements of each block in other blocks randomly. Can anyone help me. Thanks in advance.

Not until you supply an example of this - it's confusing/ambigous to me. What does "keep randomly" mean? A block must be rectangular unless you want to convert it to a vector and throw out some elements.
