how do i resolve this error while making an s function to perform integration of a ploynomial in simulink?

In your S-function file, you probably have a line that reads like this:
block.NumDialogPrms = 3;
This means that the block expects 3 parameter values to be supplied. Now, double click on the block 'untitled/Level-2 M-file S-Function' and look at the "Parameters" text box - you need to provide 3 comma-separated values here.
