I want to find the serial number of my processor using matlab..plz help me in this problem.. and also i want to find source code of exe file..how to do this.

.exe files generated by MATLAB Compiler cannot be converted back in to source code in any meaningful way.

You can run any command to the operating system via the bang (!) command, something like this (for a Windows machine) will give you your processor information:
!wmic cpu
Will give you a bunch of information about your CPU (on Windows).
!wmic bios get serialnumber
Should get you your serial number.
