Detecting Objects in Pointcloud data

I am having a particular trolly in In 3D pointcloud data, which I am trying to detect. I found helpful tools for 3-D Point Cloud processing in CV toolbox of matlab but still not sure about my direction. In particular I am looking answer for the following questions. 1) Acquiring live data/ Read recorded data 2) Simple processing to detect this particular trolly in this data. 3) Filter out this trolly from the main data. any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

hi,
i have the same question. did you find any solution?
i can stream data and perform clustering , ground sampling but after that i want to detect only humans in which i am struggling.
