Find angle between two points

Hello . Wht i need basically is to find the angle between two points. So imagine having the point where a ball is outside the circle and the point where the ball is inside. So what i need is to find the angle according to centre of the circle between those two points. Any help will be highly appreciated. The code is attached if anyone willing to help me.
