Read edf file problems

Hi everyone, I intend to use the data in the file "r01.edf" (european data format, 5 channels). I want to read and plot this signal in Matlab. How can i do this in matlab?. I have used to http://es.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/31900-edfread?s_tid=srchtitle, but i dont understand, how to load the file in the algorithm. Can anybody explain me? I really will appreciate your help.
