sisotool loopshaping programmatic tuning from MATLAB command line

I am running sisotool's loopshaping automated tuning. I would like to carry this programmatically. So, how can I carry that out?

Control System Designer relies on commands from Robust Control Toolbox documented here .
It is also worth noting that we added loop shaping functionality to Control System Toolbox in 16a as well. I would recommend using it instead, specifically, this function .

Hi Chadi, I looked at the case. Tech support will be contacting you with a link to the file used by Control System Designer that will hopefully help you.
I still really encourage you to look into using systune function for loop shaping as we think it will give you better results and experience. The corresponding app is Control System Tuner, once you set up your design problem in the app it can automatically generate MATLAB script to reproduce the results.
