Java error when using rosinit command

I am trying to use "Robotics System Toolbox" but when I type the "rosinit" command I get the error below on both Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. Many of my friends have the same problem but no one could solve it. I created service request but the distributor on my country was not able to assist me since I have a student license.

Maybe try this (quoted from the link):
It looks like there is some problem with creating ROS messages in your MATLAB installation.
To confirm this, try to create messages before calling rosinit:
rosmessage('std_msgs/String')
rosmessage('std_msgs/UInt32')
Does this work for you?
If it does not work, please check if "rosjava_messages.jar" is listed as one of the files in the output of "javaclasspath".

So many people still faces with that problem , but there is no satisfying answer yet. Year 2018 and i have same problem with Matlab2016a
