hello there
i am implementing KPCA dimensionality reduction using gaussian kernel.my feature set is of size 400x2048 .i reduced it to 400x220.how can i plot/scatter my new feature set of 220 dimensions?? is it possible??

Hi Anumala,
The best I found is this example of visualizing multivariate data. Please see the scatterplot example immediately under the introduction.
