Getting Miji to use Translation drop down for StackReg function

Hello,

I am trying to use the Miji function in matlab to analyze some .tif files and want to use the StackReg function, which defaults to Rigid Body preference in the dropdown menu. Currently the code I am using is :

MIJ.run('StackReg', path);

This will succesfully run the StackReg function; however I wish to use the Translation method instead. How do I go about specifying this in my code?

MIJ.run('StackReg', path, 'transformation=translation');

A helpful tool is the macro recorder in Fiji, found under Macros --> Plugin --> Record... This recorder will show the Fiji commands for everything you do within a Fiji session.
