Upgrade Advisor problem with multiple runs

Hi I have a simulink model that was built up in Matlab 2012 version, now I am modifying it on the 2015 version, and every time I need to run it, an error window opens asks to open up the "upgrade advisor window", "run selected checks". then I am able to click run and the simulation starts.
I need to get rid of these procedures, since I have to run an updating while loop in mfile that asks to run the model every iteration and call back values from the model after the run come to end. Any idea how to stop the "upgrade advisor checks" and have the model run directly?
