Automatic image registration

4 次查看(过去 30 天)
Hi all,
Matlab provides an automatic image registration method using the user-provided input_points and base_points, as shown here: http://www.mathworks.com/help/toolbox/images/f20-14791.html#f20-25213, from step5 - step6. I use this method and am able to align the images well.
The problem is, I don't want to naively apply this method with no knowledge of the underline transform Matlab executes. Does anyone know if there's a way to output the transformation matrix that Matlab inferred from the input_points and base_points?
By the way, I am using the affine transformation.
Thank you, Sean

Just realize this may be a stupid question.
For the record, after generating the tform form input_points and base_points, I am able to access thr tform struct, which contains the transform matrix.
