job monitor for lsf

we are submitting to a linux lsf cluster from windows. when we go to the job monitor and select "Show jobs from all users" it still only shows our own jobs and nobody elses. does anyone know how to fix that? we can putty into the lsf cluster and run bjobs -u all and that shows all jobs, but it's a pain
