Get comm.SDRRTLReceiver(... to read data from a USB SDR after update to windows 10 pro

I have been using comm.SDRRTLReceiver(... to read data from a USB SDR. With the update to windows 10, I have had to rerun Zadig.exe twice after each windows 10 new updates to get the script to run. This time after " Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3176493)" update on 9 August 2016, and having rerunning Zadig.exe, the script that has worked before give the following error; Error code -12 Warning: No available radios found. Skipping main loop.
Any suggestions to fix?
