Hello All
I have an error in a line when I try to run my program. I want to write the following code:
ub=[maxc*ones(l,r,h3) c'];
So, I face this error:
Error using '

c is a matrix as following:
c = 100*ones(size(H1));
In which:
[l,r,h3]=size(H1);
So, I want to resolve the error that I mentioned. C returns me link capacities of the network's links.

If you just want to get rid of the error, then get rid of the transpose:
ub=[maxc*ones(l,r,h3) c];
However, I am rather unconvinced that this will get the result you really wanted. Can you tell us why you had that transpose in the first place? I.e., what would you expect the dimensions of c' to be after the transpose operation, and how was that supposed to be combined with the other stuff inside the [ ].
