Report Generator suddenly stopped working... Undefined function or variable 'report'.

We purchased the report generator add on a few weeks ago. I've been using it regularly.

This morning I went to start it up and received the error...

Undefined function or variable 'report'.

I tried

rehash toolboxcache

I tried

restoredefaultpath
savepath

But no luck.

When I run ver , MATLAB Report Generator is included in the list.

What could have gone wrong??? Help
