Marker edges not smooth after copying from .fig file

Hi everyone, I am copying a plot from figure file for my dissertation and it seems ok after copying but the marker edges are not very smooth. They seems to be not even (as shown in figure) but in the figure file they look very sharp. I have also tried different line width but no good. Anyone please guide how to copy the plot in a correct manner to avoid this problem.
