How can I read a data browser?

I am trying to read a data of web page. I have tried to do with webread but i didn't achieve it . Is there other forms of get this data?

I can't read the data with webread command.

My code is:

webread('http://192.72.1.1/cgi-bin/Config.cgi?action=get&property=Camera.Battery.Level&property')

I want to read the battery level of a camera Ip.
