  1. If you have the Database Toolbox check database.
  2. Search on the FEX (the File Exchange). It's a repository of user submissions. There are a few submissions that allow you to connect to mySQL database through MATLAB: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/?term=mySQL
