install matlab 2015a error pls help

when install 99% it saying :
The application encountered an unexpected error and needs to close. You may want to try re-installing your product(s). More information can be found at C:\Users\P&P\AppData\Local\Temp\mathworks_P&P.log
and I go to check mathwork_P&P :

Call technical support. Installation support is free of charge for all license types (at least it is here in Europe, check out the terms and conditions for your country or just call and ask).
