The following code executed
Embedstr=uint8(arrayfun(@hex2dec, rsa1(c1)));
text_bits=reshape((dec2bin(uint8(Embedstr), 4) - '0').', 1, []);
J=text_bits;
I1=J;
II=I8*128+I7*64+I6*32+I5*16+I4*8+I3*4+uint8(I2)*2+I1;
it gives an error as below
??? Undefined function or variable 'c1'.
Error in ==> Spatial_thesis at 14

'c1' is your variable. You showed it in
text_bit=reshape((dec2bin( uint8(rsa(c1)), 8 ) - '0').', 1, []);
I have no idea where you are getting it from (or think you are getting it from.)
