How can I encrypt a text file using RSA?

I have done encryption of text message using RSA. But i want to encrypt text file using RSA.
m=input('\nEnter the message: ','s');
In above code i give the text message in S. But i want to read a text file instead of text message. How can i do that? Pls can anyone give me help or code which can i write?
