The MATLAB website has (almost) everything you need to learn how to use MATLAB effectively. Start here:

and for more advanced topics there are blogs, articles, documentation, video tutorials, online courses, and much much more:

The best thing you could do, as a learner, is to learn how to navigate and locate information on the official MATLAB website. This includes learning to read the documentation rather than relying half-informed (or sometimes downright bad) answers from random websites on the 'net.
