Auto tagging based on ant colony optimization

Hi all, if somebody can tell me how can I use ant colony optimization algo in my project to annotate the image?? I have a two folder. One folder is dedicated to test images and one for training images. So how can I get the relevant tags as a output for the query image? Thanks

Where is your information about the relevant tags for the training images stored?
I didn't start yet. I just want to know if it is possible to use ant colony optimization algo to annotate the image? I have just made two folders. One z for training and the other one z for testing
