please make the table, excel file, whatever data available.

By making a screen shot only you are forcing interested reader to help you, to scan the supplied picture, then OCR, or manually key in values that you probably already have readily available, don't you?

hassan - see xlabel and ylabel for details on how to add a label (title) for the x- and y-axis respectively. To set the labels of tick labels, see xticklabels and yticklabels.
