Adding FillPatterns to BoxPlot

I am hoping someone have an idea of how to add different color Fill Patterns illustrated below to BoxPlot using simplest way possible. Thanks for your sharing you knowledge!
Here is an example
load carsmall
boxplot(MPG)
xlabel('All Vehicles')
ylabel('Miles per Gallon (MPG)')
title('Miles per Gallon for All Vehicles')
