Connecting points with lines

Hi everbody
How can i draw a line between the points at the image? I can use curve fitting toolbox, but i should use a code.

What line? How about this arbitrary one?
line([100, 500], [0.1, -0.005], 'Color', 'r', 'LineWidth', 2);
Do you not like that one? Then what line would you like?
A polyfit() demo is attached, if you want to take a look at that.
