Implement Classification function from Classification Learner tool within simulink

I have created a Classification Function with the Classification Learner, resulting in a struct with the classification function. How can I implement this classification function in simulink?

I've tried giving it as a variable to an embedded Matlab Function, using simulink.signals (whereby I don't really understand the simulink.signal functionality), and defining it as a Parameter in the Model Workspace and load it into the base workspace same as a normal variable.
