Plot autocorrelation and Cross correlation

Hi,
I have Observed annual time series of P(5844*1) and PE(5844*1) for each watershed and 50000 generated set of Q riviere simulated flow (Q(5844*50000)) with 5844(number of days)= 16 ans
I want to plot the cross correlation of annual precipitation (annual P) and streamflow (annual Q) and the serial correlation of streamflow (Q)
I tried Xcorr(P,Q) for cross correlation and Xcorr(Q) for autocorrelation
and Plot (Xcorr(P,Q), Xcorr(Q)) but i'm not sure if it's the good way
