Plot polygons on meshgrid

Hello Dear Community,

I have a small question on plotting polygons on meshgrid.

First of all, I have to create a 1920 x 1080 meshgrid and draw a small disk in the center. I have already written a small program to achieve this.

However, I have to then draw two polygons on this meshgrid.

For example, the polygons are connected through following points with coordinates.

Polygon1: (800,400),(900,300),(1100,400),(800,700),(1200,600)

Polygon2: (600,200),(800,200),(1200,300),(600,600),(1000,800),(1200,700)

Can someone help me on this plot?
