Hi, i have coded three random matrices respecting some constraints. the constracting of the second and third matrices doesn't go well. i haven't know how to formulate a constraint. i'll attach here the code and the constraint explanation and i hope i can get help. thanks in advance

no it's the same sir but here with the code attached. I appretiate getting help. i have indicated the part of the code where i have the error. i don't know how to formulate the constraint. Thanks in advance

So then why not just attach the code to your last question? After all, anyone would need to go back and read that question. So there is no reason at all for this question.
