Where can I find arduino support package for Matlab 2012b?

I need Matlab to communicate to arduino for controlling servo motors. I use Matlab 2012b. I am not able to install the package by using 'targetinstaller' command. It says Cannot download http://arduino.googlecode.com/files/arduino-1.0-windows.zip: The server did not find a resource to match this request..
Kindly help.
