How to design a 12 KW induction generator with constant speed?

I am trying to make a 12 KW Induction generator for my project.My model is running with but the speed is drooping after sometimes.Please help me either to design a pi based speed controller or how to make speed constant to get constant voltage and current.And how to get torque speed characteristics of the generator? I want voltage of 400 V with load of 12 KW. please help me to design my project.
