system failure

i used simulink : i used audio device to acquiring data from mic then make some processing and drive it by speaker after that my speaker is muted and can not work until now and the other speaker work but very low quality i thought that my speakers were damaged so i used head phone ,also on working with low quality and other muted what happened?
