Write seperate DICOM files for structures within a DICOM Structure SeT (RT)

So I have a folder that has 330 DICOM files from CT and 1 RT file (structure set). The Structure set has 9 structures. How do I read in the 9 structures and write them out each as different DICOM files. So for example I have contoured in one structure a tumor in the liver. I want to output a DICOM file that only shows the tumor so many of the 330 images will be blank except for the information of the tumor.
