create 3D matrix from 2D matrices

I created three views of a 3D object - top, front, side. Then I created 2D matrices of these views -XY, YZ and XZ. How can I combine these 2D matrices to form a 3D matrix ? How to display created 3D matrix ?

What would you like to do? You certainly can't get a full volumetric image, like you did a CT scan of the thing.
