How can i create a contour map with using this table?

Hi everbody I should make a contour map including rpm (x axis), kW (y axis) and values (contours) with using this table. There are various commands for doing this operation, but the commands i detected were not useful for me. So, i didn't use them.
For this purpose, what type a code can i use? How can i plot a graph like at the image?
Note: 0 values are not defined at the graph. Dataset has just been added.
