I was curious if anyone had information or code on calculating Elastic Modulus as well as Poisson's ratio of concrete and any other formulas for Concrete properties I can use. I am currently doing a project for concrete properties and uses of MATLAB for this

You're going to have to give us a lot more information if you want a useful response.

I mean if you want code for concrete properties, I wrote my Master's Thesis on this. However, that code probably isn't what you're looking for as you don't have special aggregates in your concrete that weaken it but make its microstructure more obvious in CT images....
