I have problem that when I open the script file, it pop out in a new window, but it used to just add a new tab in the current script box and now the script box is jumping out into a new window. How to fix that?

I dont know what I have pressed but I dont know why when I open a new script, it jump out a new window instead of a new tab. My script in Matlab is gone and everytime i want to open a new one it just pop out a new window. How to merge it back again?

The thing is the script box is gone. I tried your way but still cant be done. It still pop out a new window when I open a new script.

You should be able to dock it again using the toolbar icon in the top right of the window (the same way you undocked it probably).
