find delay between pulses

I have acquired two signals from two crystal oscillators. My wish is to find the delay between pulse 1 (osc1) and pulse 1 (osc2) and for the next pulses that follows. That way, I should see a rising delay over time (due to clock drift).
I have included the data that consist of 3 columns. A is time logged, B is signal V0 and C is signal V1.
My idea is to use findpeaks, locate the row number of peak 1 for V0 and V1, substract and get the value.
