Dear community,

Please help me to register in 'rigid' setup two images of rocks grains obtained by two different microscopy methods. I tried to accomplish the task with the following code by had wrong registration result:

 [optimizer, metric] = imregconfig('multimodal')
 optimizer.InitialRadius = 1e-5;
 optimizer.Epsilon = 1e-6;
 optimizer.GrowthFactor = 1.0001;
 optimizer.MaximumIterations = 130000;
 movingRegistered = imregister(moving, fixed, 'rigid', optimizer, metric);
 imshowpair(fixed, movingRegistered,'diff','Scaling','joint');
