Matlab does not working

I bought the license through university and got the license. But, even though I downloaded Matlab and activated the license it doesn't working at all. when I open the program, it shows license number:DEMO and I waited more than 30 minutes, but never start the grogram. I wonder if i can get refund cause it never works.

I think contacting MathWorks support directly is probably the fastest way to resolve issues like this.
